Body Bridge – a 60-minute class focusing on the basics of a yoga asana practice. Each class will focus on an area of the physical body as well as the subtle body.  This class is ideal for beginners or seasoned practitioners who wish to refine their practice. Just as the name suggests, this class will give you a deeper understanding of not only your physical body but an understanding of the subtle, more spiritual aspects of a yoga class.
