Casey Gries


Casey is a mother, artist, bibliophile and yogi from Cincinnati, Ohio. She dabbled in yoga from her teenage years on, but after a difficult bout of panic and anxiety in 2018, she became hooked on the many benefits yoga could offer a racing mind. She is a lifelong-learner who loves to create artistic transitions, themes and playlists to complement her lighthearted classes. Using breath work, meditation, literature and philosophy as complements to the physical practice, she hopes to offer a well-rounded experience for each practitioner. Quick to smile but terrible with names, Casey is the perfect instructor for anyone looking for a playful class with an inviting guide. She looks forward to being in community with you.
