The Bridge Path

The Bridge Path: Body, Breath, Bliss – a 60-minute class focusing on three components of a yoga practice: asana (posture practice), pranayama (breath work), and dhyana (meditation). In this class, the physical practice helps prepare the body and mind for stillness.
