Ritual

When we perform a ritual, we create space for what is sacred to move through our bodies and express itself as part of the world. In this shifting of awareness, we awaken our authentic truth. Ritual at Moon Bridge Yoga is an invitation into this intentional pause to flow with our breath, to strengthen our bodies, and to make peace with our minds, as we transform into our emerging Selves. During this 45-minute monthly practice of union through yoga, we will explore the use of nature-based imagery, the control of the breath, positive affirmations, and physical poses to increase flexibility in thinking, to balance our emotional experiences, and to strengthen the body in time and space. While the monthly theme will follow the turning wheel of the year, each practice will open with an introduction to the flow and close with a guided relaxation experience.
